Connexus Career Strategies provides personalized career consulting and coaching for high school students, college students, and recent graduates. We help you build a clear plan for your future, offering support in creating job security, advancement, and successful career transitions.

Our services are designed for high school students planning for college and careers, college students seeking internships and post-graduation jobs, and recent graduates navigating the early stages of their careers. We also work with parents and educational institutions.

We offer a holistic methodology that combines personalized one-on-one consulting, in-depth career assessments, and customized career blueprints. Unlike generic advice, our approach is tailored to your unique strengths, interests, and goals, providing a clear and actionable roadmap.
The Coaching Process
What is a Career Blueprint?
A Career Blueprint is a personalized, strategic document we create with you. It maps out your goals, identifies your strengths, and lays out the specific steps, skills, and experiences you need to get where you want to go. Think of it as your custom roadmap — built to evolve as you do.
How do the coaching plans work?
We offer four plans designed for different stages and needs:
- Discovery Plan: Great for getting started with PathwayEQ™ and foundational resources ($49 + $12.50/month)
- Accelerator Plan: 10 pre-paid sessions to tackle specific goals on your timeline ($1,550)
- Explorer Plan: Two coaching sessions per month for steady, low-pressure progress ($260/month)
- Expedition Plan: Full ongoing coaching for long-term, comprehensive support ($495/month)

How are coaches vetted?
All Connexus coaches are ICF-certified (International Coaching Federation) or in the process of receiving their ICF certification. They are background-checked, and trained in person-centered, non-prescriptive guidance.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We do not sell your data, we do not share your information without your consent, and you stay in control of what you receive.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We’d never want you to feel stuck with a plan that isn’t working. Reach out to us directly at info@connexuscareers.org and we’ll make it right.

What is PathwayEQ™?
PathwayEQ™ is our free, consumer-first planning tool that helps students and families make education decisions with real outcomes in mind before cost, pressure, or regret set in. It brings together strengths, learning style, workforce outlook, and financial considerations in one place to help you make a smarter first move.
Is PathwayEQ™ really free?
Yes. PathwayEQ™ is completely free to access. Coaching support is encouraged and available for families who want a human partner alongside the tool but it is never required.
Will PathwayEQ™ tell me what to do?
No, and that’s intentional. PathwayEQ™ is designed to give you clearer information and a better framework for deciding, not to push you toward a specific path. You stay in control.
